Role: Collaboration Manager
Location: Carry, NC (Remote up to Covid end)
Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of service architects/service delivery managers
· Deliver service delivery excellence and operational effectiveness across all services
· Enhance/optimize Collaboration Technologies
· Implement ongoing security enhancements improving services security posture
· Collaborate with peers to support and improve architecture, systems, processes, standards, and tools
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of Infrastructure operational delivery experience
· 5+ years managing collaboration technologies: Microsoft O365 tenant management, Messaging, Teams, SharePoint, One-Drive, DocuShare, and Xerox printing.
· Understanding of agile and other development processes and methodologies
Skills, Capabilities, Soft Skills:
· Technical understanding of: Microsoft O365, email, Teams, SharePoint, One-Drive, DocuShare, and Intune, Cisco Ironport, Xerox printing.
· Excellent communication and writing skills, both in technical and non-technical arenas
· Adept at learning and applying new technologies and solving new problems
· A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate the team to redefine processes as the need arises.
· Comfortable with change in a fast-moving environment.
· Demonstrated ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situations.
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
· Experience working with outsourcing service providers
