Role: DotCMS Java Developer
Location: Boston, MA
• Analyze websites and applications built in dotCMS
• Java/Tomcat experience
• Working technical knowledge of network and server operating systems, including Linux, Windows and UNIX.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and attendant technologies
• Experience working with REST, Sling and SOAP in a production environment
• Comfortable with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML
• Ability to work flexibly and appropriate trade-offs to meet time constraints
• Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, agile development environment
• Experience with templating languages such as: Velocity(VLT), or JSP
• JavaScript ES6 and knowledge of modern Frameworks such as Vuejs or Reactjs
• Java in the context of dotCMS plugins and web apps
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms
