Desktop Support

Duration: 6 months
Location: REMOTE

Description: Refresh of desktop, laptop, and MAC equipment. Includes hardware refresh, peripheral refresh, data transfer, install of additional applications when required. May include installation of external peripherals.

Skills:

• Attention to detail ( Asset information must be accurate)

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, powerpoint)

• Strong customer service skills (face to face)

• Strong communication skills ( team members and team leaders)

• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Ability to work long hours and out in the field

• IT problem solving

• Configuring and troubleshooting different levels of Windows OS (Win 7 & Win 10)

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 yrs of experience with IT field support

• CompTIA A+ Certification

• 2-4 yrs of data migration experience with desktops, laptops and Mac hardware

• 1-2 yrs Prior experience and working knowledge of SCCM

• Experience with Network configurations and devices

• 2-4 yrs. Experience utilizing the Microsoft Toolset for Imaging and staging

• 1-2 yrs. Ability to wipe and clean hard drives

• 2-4 yrs Experience and working knowledge of USMT for data transfers
