Role: Premier Field Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
· Overall Experience level: 8+ years
· ITSM, Service Management experience is mandatory. Ex- MSFT candidates preferred.
· Candidates will have to be open to travel post-Covid.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software-related discipline. A Master’s degree in a related field is an added plus
· CS - ACM/MSM/UX
· Skills required - Modern Service Management
· Should be an expert in managing projects in the Microsoft technology stack.
· Should have good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer data platforms
· Strong Analytical skills
· Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
· Maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness
