Looking for a Project Manager to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US.

Responsibilities

•        managing project budget

•        12+ years of experience in IT Industry with 5+ years as a Project Manager

•        Experience in Managing Data Warehouse projects

•        lead the planning and implementation of project

•        facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

•        define project tasks and resource requirements

•        develop full scale project plans

•        assemble and coordinate project staff

•        manage project budget

•        manage project resource allocation

•        plan and schedule project timelines

•        track project deliverables using appropriate tools

•        provide direction and support to project team

Position2

Role: Delivery Manager – Healthcare

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Looking for a strong Delivery Manager who can:

·         Plan and manage large and complex projects. Identify risks and mitigation strategies on an ongoing basis and implement the same for large / complex projects

·         Proactively anticipate the risks and identify avoidance / mitigation strategies on an ongoing process

·         Monitor complex integration / interdependence across work streams within the span of the project Implement best practices with measurable business value adds.

·         Set quality goals and processes Influences project strategy by proposing new or alternative solutions while being proactive in identifying issues and resolving them; balancing effectiveness and efficiency. Have meaningful conversations with key client stakeholders, interpret the data and enhance the quality of the proposed solution.

·         Make useful recommendations based on existing gaps and recommend specific services / solutions.

·         Validate roadmap for customer strategy.

·         Review to contextualize the solution to the industry

·         Recommend appropriate framework, approach, and solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements Guide solution response team .
