Role: SAP Native Hana Developer

Location: Hopkins, MN

Duration: 12 Months 

1. Role of Subject Matter Expert for SAP Native HANA Work with business on requirements gathering and validation sessions
2. Required to participate in blueprint and design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders.
3. Analyze current system and provide architecture details for Native HANA.
4. Performance management within a SAP HANA landscape.
5. Monitor, maintain and support the SAP development strategy, standards and guidelines and ensures high quality of development .
6. Strong understanding of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, revision upgrades, performance tuning.
7. Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical and performance problems along with the Basis team
