Role: RPA Architect/ Lead

Location: Bloomfield, CT

Qualifications - Essential

• Excellent knowledge of technologies used by Smart Automation projects (Automation Anywhere RPA), Blue Prism and PEGA - Openspan.
• Full stack engineers who are experienced in either 1 or multiple technologies listed here
• Technical skills to work with tools and languages (scripting, general purpose languages, code analysis tools, version control, etc.)
• Looking for senior resource who can work independently
• Person having experience working with cloud based automation is preferred.
• People who have done implementation on cloud and exercise options from cloud.
• If the person has experience managing environment, upgrades and infrastructure is a huge plus

 Qualification - Desirable

• Should have a point of view on test data approach for AI Models and Advance analytics
• Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (LUIS, Bot Framework, Power Automate)
• OCR experience (ABBYY FlexiCapture)
• Databases (e.g Oracle, MS SQL)
• Middleware (Software AG, ETL tools), Linux shell

Position2

Role: Data Migration Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA

• Responsibilities Break down high-level problems, translate complex process into concrete deliverables, and build best-in-class solutions that meet the needs of both business and technical stakeholders Hands-on management of a CRM system (MS Dynamics 365 platform) and SSIS jobs.
• Prototype new ideas and capabilities for gauging relevance to business needs
• Perform data analysis to meet client needs and aid in decision-making; identify best mediums to convert raw data to actionable information
• Educate and evangelize to fellow team members knowledge of tools, platforms, and trends
• Specific experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated tools, with a specific emphasis on Marketing capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile Scrum
• Participate in monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts

Requirements

• Strong experience in designing solutions for DB Migration Projects
• Experience in preparing data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality, and business sign-off details
• Provide technical guidance and directions to migration teams as required
• Experience in ADF, KingswaySoft is a plus Good communication skills and leadership skills
