Position1

Role: Sr. Technical Program Manager

Location: San Jose, CA / West Coast

·         Minimum of 10 years’ experience in software, SaaS and/or related industry having led multiple successful Commerce Cloud implementations on a multi-cloud environment

·         Proven track record to provide structure and process without compromising speed of delivery.

·         Experience influencing global product engineering and business teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule.

·         Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

·         Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills to persuade, encourage, and inspire others.

·         Self-motivated and not afraid to resolve unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action.

·         Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor approach for project success: Agile/Scrum and Waterfall

Education                                            

·         Bachelors or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred

·         Certification a plus: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, PgMP

·         Cloud implementations – AWS , public cloud

Role: Technical Program Manager

·         Seasoned experience in managing large enterprise level cross functional programs

·         Strong experience interacting with executive leadership 

·         Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 

Must Haves

i.      Program Management Experience –
ii.     Stakeholder Management Experience (Communications Capabilities)
iii.    Customer Experience history

iv.     Cloud Experience

v.      CRM Experience – Must have

·         Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in software, SaaS and/or related industry 

·         Experience managing Customer Experience projects in an environment that leverages web, phone, and messaging/chat platforms on the back end 

·         Experience influencing product teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule and to expectations 

·         Ability to align efforts of disparate groups, including remote/geographically dispersed team members, to achieve a common goal 

·         Proven ability to provide structure and necessary process without compromising speed of delivery 

·         Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor the approach for project success: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and hybrid 

·         Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns.  

·         Demonstrate a strong bias towards action 

·         Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills 

·         Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others 

·         Experience with JIRA, SharePoint and MS Office suite 

Education  

·         Bachelors or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent preferred 

·         Certification a plus: CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP
