Detailed Job Description:
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 6+ years of experience in Information Technology.
· Strong COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS and VSAM expertise
· Experience doing Design, Development, and Maintenance using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, SAS and EZYTRIEVE
· Experience with DB2 SQL
· Experience in working in Agile methodology preferably SAFe agile
· Experience in Retirement services domain
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
· Proven leadership, self-starter, collaborative, innovative, provide leadership to, Mentor junior team members, Escalate issues and risks to executive management for timely resolution.
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Analysis of legacy COBOL modules and document the same
2. Refer and enrich the output from Pseudo code conversion tool
3. Work closely with client and business teams

Additional Sills: Understand the Business Requirement, Analysis of legacy COBOL modules and document the same, Refer and enrich the output from Pseudo code conversion tool, Support data architect, Work closely with Product Owners and Forward Engineering team to ensure that they understand the legacy process, Work on report and any other analysis in legacy, Follow all the project related process, Work closely with client and business teams
