Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate your expert knowledge, skills, and capabilities design/deliver Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Community implementations.
· Liason with the customer own the Salesforce Service and Community Implementation
· Design Configurations and Customizations and work with offshore to deliver quality with salesforce standards and best practices
· Create, manage and present an actionable Blueprint that aligns a customer’s business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions
Experience & Skills:
· 7-9+ years’ industry / CRM experience, with 4+ years minimum as a Salesforce ecosystem
· Proven capability in architecting Salesforce solutions independently and designing software on the Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Force.com platform, with hands-on participation in building the solution for large clients with multi-country, multi-org Salesforce implementations
· Implementation of Classic Knowledge is a must-have.
· Development experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com, JavaScript frameworks, design patterns, etc. (1 year) is a must have.
· Platform 1 and 2 certifications is a must have.
· Good knowledge of batch classes and email classes
· Good knowledge on how to solve governor limits issues
· API development
· Strong development skills and technical foundation including Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com
· Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of the Force.com technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc. Knowledge of advanced Lightning and Visualforce components, Chatter API, including integration methods and tools
· Must already possess Salesforce Force.com Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications.
· Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce App Exchange ecosystem.
· Strong experience in Agile methodology & experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes.
