Detailed Job Description:
• AWS Technical Lead who can Analyze and resolve design code issues during development and testing Develop and implement business components on AWS Coordinate with Infrastructure team to support the existing implementation.
• Client communication
Support experience
• Develop and Test core functionalities and build prototypes for the solution using the above mentioned technologies.
• Lead design and code review discussion to ensure changes planned for production meets desired quality, and functional requirements
• Engage actively in Deployment, Release activities and lead triage for critical incidents that are arising during production job failures, and prioritize/resolve them
• Prepare periodic metric reports requested by business/support management for system stability and improvement planning
• Address all clients, interface team’s queries, ad-hoc requests and proactively drive all meetings as needed in resolving any issues and queries
• Perform root-cause analysis of any issues that arise post-implementation and work on solutions related to issue fixing and make sure all the issues are resolved as per agreed SLAs
• Exercising effective change management on projects by ensuring a thorough impact analysis, scheduling change control meetings and tracking the requests to closure
• Coordinate with stakeholders, and construct scope document including hard and soft commitments and secure sign off.
