Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

 

Position Overview:



This resource will support our client’s sales team and clients by being a technical point of contact to set expectations, provide updates and drive implementations through to completion. They’ll support IT goals and objectives by working closely with internal Scrum team members and Stakeholders to ensure that integrations and implementations exceed client expectations. This will be done while working within a distributed team to document, prioritize, develop, test, and release small to large scale EDI solutions with clients located across the country.



Primary Responsibilities/Qualifications:



• Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards with minimal oversight.
• Provide strategic analysis to define and improve standard solutions, standard deliverables, and templates.
• Work with IT and business users to evaluate data, extract requests, and recommend viable short- and long-term solutions.
• Work on large- and small-scale projects for new business implementations and maintaining existing client implementations with a significant focus on dental encounters, claims, eligibility, and enrolment via 837, 835, 999, 834, 277 EDI standards.
• Ability to document and maintain requirements using source to target maps, data dictionary, process documentation and team defined standards, using tools such as Visio, Word, and Excel
• Ability to perform ad hoc data analysis and reconciliation using complex SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ensure data quality through scenario-based testing.
• Mentor other resources on the team and share knowledge.
