Job Title: Infra Virtualization (Server Management)

Location:  Boston, MA

Duration: Long Term

 Job Description:

      ·         Expertise in Windows Operating Systems - 2008/2012/2016

·          Basic Experience in various Linux Flavors

·          Basic knowledge of Switching and Routing

·          Basic Understanding of Networking functions - Firewalls, Basic knowledge on Proxy infrastructure

·          IDS/IPS, Load Balancers

·          Deep knowledge in VMWare Administration, SRM, VMWare backups and integration with third party tools

·          Server Installation (Racking, Stacking, Commissioning, Deprovisioning, Backups, Clustering)

·          Server Deployments (Physical/Virtual), Troubleshooting and Maintenance

·          VDI Deployment, Administration

·          zScaler Administration (Any internet access provisioning)

·          Ability to work on complex server infrastructure

·          Experience in TVoIP and VoIP Solutions

·          Experience in Server monitoring tools and administrations (Nagios, Lansweeper, MS SCOM, SCCM, BMC etc.)

·          Experience in Tape Library management

·          ITIL Processes (Definition, Design, Management)

·          Ticket Management, Change Management, Service Request processing (Any Service Desk Tool and process maintenance)

·          Basic Understanding on SIEM solutions

·          Basic Understanding on Database management (SQL/Oracle)

·          Knowledge on Security Audits, Compliance and Governance policies

·          Experience on core technologies like SMTP, SNMP, DFS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory

·          Experience in troubleshooting various custom and vendor based applications with respect to Network and Server infrastructure

·          Experience Packet Capture analysis and troubleshooting

·          Experience in Server Management tools
