version 2.14 release candidate

Hi,

I just uploaded privacyIDEA 2.14dev2 to the ubuntu ppa-dev launchpad.
This is the release candidate.
https://launchpad.net/~privacyidea/+archive/ubuntu/privacyidea-dev

So if you are eager to see, what is new, get it like

apt-add ppa:privacyidea/privacyidea-dev
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

...and cross your fingers! ;-)
