Queries Regarding Prisms Plasiticity Parameters

Hello everyone, i am using Prisms plasticity for my research project and i have some queries:
1) how to calculate model parameters such as Initial Hardening, Saturation stress and slip resistance values.
2) how to introduce strain hardening and softening into Plasticity.
3)i want to model my micro-structure with precipitates, can prisms do that.
4) i want to see the phase change from martensite to the other phase, how to link it to phase field.
