Hello all,
The design proposal to update the specification to add new PRIF procedure `prif_co_reduce_cptr` to address issue #151 was voted upon and passed on January 15. The associated PR #152, which provides the necessary edits to the specification, has 2 approvals from PRIF Committee members other than the author, and an approval from the Technical Lead. The next step is to vote to adopt these edits. These edits were easily expressed in a formatted PDF, so please reference either PR #152 to review again the edits in Markdown or see the formatted PDF attached to this email to review the changes to be adopted, if passed. Please view the comments to see some notes on the highlighted areas.
This email begins the vote to adopt the edits expressed in PR #152 . The changes must receive approval from 50% of votes (excluding explicit abstentions) to be ratified. Only PRIF Committee members may vote and the options are Yes, No, or Abstain. This vote will remain open until 9 AM (Pacific Time) on Thursday, February 19. In order to register your vote, please reply all to this email and state your vote. If voting against, then your vote must include comments that explain your rationale.

Thank you for your time,
