The link provided in the guide, https://pretextbook.org/doc/schema/ gets me to a 404 error. The link provided in the pretext documentation page is https://siefkenj.github.io/pretext-book/docs/reference/essential-concepts.html, which I don't think is correct.

I accidentally unsubscribed myself from all the pretext groups, so maybe I missed an announcement.

Hi Bruce, that second link is I believe the new schema browser. I think it’s kind of in a transition period, I’m not sure there was an official announcement yet. We would probably welcome any info about things that you find missing.

Hello Charilaos Skiadas,

Actually, https://siefkenj.github.io/pretext-book/docs/reference/essential-concepts.html does not help me with anything I had previously found in the schema browser.

I was looking for different sorts of, say, activity-like tags and what the allowable contents in such elements might be. (I could also see correct terminology of various objects for me to use in a post such as this.)

But https://siefkenj.github.io/pretext-book/docs/reference/essential-concepts.html seems only to have a generic description of tags and attributes, not information about the various tags that exist in PreTeXt.

I think I understand, because I felt similar when I recently visited the site for the first time. But did you click the "All tags" at the bottom of the page?

Alex,

Oh, following that "All tags" link does take me to all the information I was looking for.

Thanks!

I'd forgotten about all that in The Guide, which points to the website. I've
patched that up now. Thanks for the report, Bruce, and apologies for the confusion.
