CSS: margin-top for exercisegroup/introduction/paragraph

The usual margin-top for a paragraph (beyond first child) does not seem to be applied in the case of exercisegroup/introduction/paragraph. Is this intentional?

Not completely sure, but this reminds me of a "bug" I fixed recently for an introduction in a worksheet (which perhaps shouldn't have an introduction).  I suspect exercise group/introduction was not on the list of selectors either.
