Exercises CSS: dark mode, using salem theme with ice-fire palette

There is a turquoise background applied to exercises in the Salem theme, at least when using the ice-fire palette. This renders some text unreadable in dark mode:

That looks like a leak through from RS styling. Apparently there is a Runestone rule that targets ".exercises".
Will talk to Brad about restricting that.

That would explain why I'm not seeing it in HTML builds.
