Descriptions for interactives

Can <interactive/>s have <description>s? I tried the naive thing and it didn't seem to work, and I failed to find info on this in the PreTeXt Guide or sample article.

Looking at HTML itself, it seems iframes can have "title" attributes. I think a solution that supports longer descriptions (as are implemented for images), and indicates in this title that a description is available (as is done in images without a shortdescription) might be the right thing to do here?

What type of interactive are you using? interactive[@platform] was covered in https://github.com/PreTeXtBook/pretext/pull/2732, so mimicking that would be a good way to go for other interactives.
