And for anyone taking longer rides south, 1300 E in northern Coles County (what we consider "First Street Extended") is undergoing serious reconstruction near Walnut Grove church. The workers let me walk my bike around it but I was glad to have a mask. They also gave me bad/wrong directions for getting out of there so I lost an extra mile to walking. Beware!
