An available station for developing and running and experiment

Hello,

Adi is starting a project at the lab and needs a place to run his experiment. At least at the first stage, we will need to connect a touch screen to the computer that he will use, and a few days to make the experiment work.

So - what would be a good computer for that? I'm not sure that we can connect two screens to the same computer... The installation might be messy, so I think it's better to install it on the computer that the experiment will actually run on. Perhaps in the left acoustic room?

Hi Eva,

I am not sure this will be new to you but, two screens can be easily managed in Matlab with psytoolbox. Each screen has an ID and you can send things to whatever screen you want (experimenter, and participants can see different things).

Thank you Nori and Sagi! Now I know that I can ask for your help when we encounter troubles ;)

As of now I need to know which computer can we use. Current lab members - can we use the left acoustic room?
