Business Development Manager and Bench Sales Recruiter Role:

Work Location: I. P Extension, Patparganj, Delhi -92


·    2-5 Years of experience in US Staffing Business Development with good relations with Tier1 and Implementation. 

·  2+ years of Bench Sales (US Staffing) experience. 

·  Identify, interview and place technical consultants with our clients

·  Partner with Account Managers to develop effective candidate sourcing strategies

·  Prior recruiting experience is not required.  We will train you for success. 

·  Fast-track promotion opportunity to become an Account Manager role within just twelve months.

·  Experience in the entire Sales Life Cycle and have the ability to market more than 5 candidates at a time. 

·  Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied.

·  Ability to interact, develop Vendor networks and get the H1B/OPT/ GC/ USC candidates placed in quick turnaround time. 

·  Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques. 

·  Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews. 

·  Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating daily reports and updating them. 

·  Meeting Team targets in time and ensuring smooth recruitment process 

·  Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
