Location: San Ramon, CA/ Tempe, AZ
12-18 months contract
Experience
Have received an urgent request for GRC Consultant, would you be able assist with this. This is a senior role and customer is looking for a Lead GRC and Risk professional to own and manage Governance, Risk and Compliance Programs. The Lead Consultant should have a strong ability to influence and establish close relationships with key business stakeholders across the customer organization.
Qualifications:
· Industry/Domain Experience: : Banking & Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, GRC, SOX Controls
· Experience of leading large-scale change programs (Enterprise risk transformation, Operational risk, Data Transformation, SOX Controls)
· Proven experience of leading Business or Change units in Risk, Markets or Finance Functions
· Experience in working with Client’s IT & Business leadership and CXO level decision makers
· Knowledge/experience in IT general computer, data conversion and integration controls
· Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Listening skills & Consultative Mindset
· Experience of a big 4 consulting firm would be an advantage
· Previous experience with financial services / GRC / risk management software products a plus.
· Certifications: FRM, PRM, CFA will be an advantage
