Java- very strong 8 yrs + with Java, Sprint, Hibernate etc. Microservices –
at least 2-3 large scale implementations.
3-4 yrs of Exp Database Design Backend Integrations " (PS: Look for resources who are from financial domain especially with Payment System experience. )
