Position: SAP Test Manager

Location: Eagan, MN

Type: Contract

 

Job Description:

 

·         Someone who worked as a Test Manager/QA  as a 100% role  for at least 10 to 15 years – Not someone who has done testing along with other roles

·         Experience in provide QA in environments with SAP, Salesforce as technologies

·         Experience in Finance Domain as an industry

·         Be able to work as a strategist providing guidance to TR and its business stakeholders on Testing best practices, processes, tools

·         Be able to work at the ground level dirtying hands when there is a need

·         Manage, collaborate and get the work done through offshore.

·         Familiarity with SAP HANA Financials,

·         Agile expertise

·         Experience in managing the UAT/Business Acceptance Testing

·         Familiarity with large scale development and the system landscape

·         Be able to manage large stakeholders requiring high level of communication, reporting and stakeholder management

·         Mature Leadership skills
