Job Description –
Senior Business Analyst helps achieve business goals by analyzing
business needs, business processes, and application of IT technology to
business needs. Through analysis and critical thinking identify areas or risk
or inefficiencies for improvement and provide recommendations to fill in gaps
and improve business processes and structures, which include technology,
people, organizational, and technological structures. The role often bridges
technical teams and business departments so they can work together to achieve
the functional specifications required to meet business needs.

- 8+
years project management experience
- 4+
years Pharma experience
- Experience
in Pharma and GxP compliance / 21 CFR Part 11
- Exceptional

- The
ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine
acceptable solutions.
- Advanced
technical skills
- Excellent
written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Fundamental

- Experience
creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Intermediate
level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and
SharePoint, with

presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
