Title: Lead Network Engineer (IP Management)
Location: Dallas TX (Remote for now, candidate should be open for onsite as per customer guidelines)

* 8 - 10 years of Experience and knowledge of WAN technologies to include Internet, frame relay, private line, and MPLS/IPVPN.
* Good understanding of Cloud
* In depth knowledge of routers, firewalls, switches, and other network devices
* In depth knowledge of routing protocols, including BGP, RIP, OSPF, and EIGRP
* In depth knowledge of Nexus Switches and technology
* Experience with Cisco load balancers
* Experience with Juniper network devices (ISG 2000)
* Excellent technical support documentation skills
* Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* Strong customer service orientation.

* Maintain in-depth knowledge of company's strategic business plans.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of company's existing IT architecture/infrastructure, and technology standards
* Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router and firewall administration, including interface configuration aligned with ISO specifications.
* Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
* Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
* Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* Network auditing to find the loopholes and bottlenecks in the existing network and obtaining high availability to the resources.
* Provide operational support on a 24x7 rotation basis.
