Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Hartford, CT

Type : Contract

 

Job Description:

•             7+ years of extensive Salesforce experience

•             Must have active Salesforce Admin certification. Nice to have Service Cloud Consultant / Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.

•             Must have excellent written and verbal skills and familiar with Sales and Service Cloud product offerings.

•             Must have Agile framework experience

•             Experienced to work with business to drive functional requirements. Work as a liaison with tech teams to clarify scope and help in understanding the requirements

•             Must be comfortable with JAD sessions, mockup creation, should be able to support sprint planning and driving the scrum team

•             Must be comfortable doing mock-ups/POC using sandboxes to drive functional sessions.
