Position: Data Analyst/TIBCO Spotfire developer

Location: New Jersey

 

JD:

Tibco Spotfire Data Visualization / Report Developer will be responsible for developing Spotfire dashboards, reports and visualizations. You will be responsible for the design, development, documentation and quality assurance.

• Experience working with in the Biotech/Life Sciences industry
• Must have experience with Tibco Spotfire (dashboard, visualization & report development)
• Detailed knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire development including TIBCO Spotfire Web Player and TIBCO Spotfire Professional clients -report developer configuration, best practices.
• Knowledge in creating charts like scatter, line, bar, scatter, pie etc. and how to manipulate every property associated with a visualization (trellis, color, shape etc.)
• Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire features like multiple filtering schemes, custom expression, multiple marking, Tags, Lists
• Strong experience in writing Iron-python and R scripts for customized solutions
• Good understanding of embedding R and python models in Spotfire using Data Functions
• Knowledge of TIBCO Data Virtualization (Composite) would be a plus like implementation of Data Transformations, views, packaged queries within TDV environment
• Solid foundation in data management and data governance
• Experience in developing business relevant reports/analyses
• Familiarity with data validation and data model process from internal and external sources
• Strong experience using data driven methods to analyze and solve business situations
• Strong focus on customer support and relationship management
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills
• Highly effective team player
