Experience: 6+ Years

JD:

• Certified Pega SSA with 8+ years of exp.

• Provide technical leadership and direction to sub-teams

• Responsible for application architecture and design

• Develop high level design

• Develop individual team member plans and monitor the quality and correctness of teams output

• Conduct reviews and track issues to closure

• Capture agreed metrics throughout the project

• Ensure compliance to standards and processes
