Job Description/Responsibilities :

Must have:

CA-Disk

CA related storage products

• Mainframe Storage admin & ISPW Admin –
• Extremely familiar with IBM z/OS operating system
• Knowledge on Parallel Sysplex concepts
• Experience mainframe LPAR builds
• Implement DFSMS
• Develop and maintain ACS routines
• Support DFSMSdss data movement, dump and restores of DASD volume
• Implement automatic backup and migration (DFSMShsm)
• Expertise in managing catalogs
• Implement and support advanced copy services like PPRC, XRC, Flashcopy  
• Familiar on EMC storage, Data Domain, DLM areas - Installing and configuring additional physical storage
• Experience in migrating from EMC to IBM storage
• DR support
• Maintain storage HW components
• MF Storage with (CA DISK, CA DAC, CA Vantage ) ISPW Administrator
• Extremely familiar with IBM z/OS operating system
• Knowledge on Parallel Sysplex concepts - Experience mainframe LPAR builds
• Installation of patches and fixes
• Installation and maintenance of ISV products –
• System parameters/parmlib maintenance
• ISPW administration & customization
• TOPAZ installation & customization
• Compuware suite of product installation, maintenance & customization

Mandatory Skills: - Technical Skills - z/OS, Parallel Sysplex, SMPE, RMF, SMF, WLM, Understanding of System z architecture, TOPAZ, ISPW Mandatory Skills: - Technical Skills - z/OS, Parallel Sysplex, DFSMS, DFSMShsm, Metro mirror, GDPS, Flashcopy, DD, DLM, MF Storage with CA DISK, CA DAC, CA Vantage
