1. Architect solution on BW on HANA and Native using hybrid modeling.
2. Hands on experience in creating BW on HANA objects like ADSOs, composite providers, using Hana studio modeling for BW.
3. creation of Bex query and using calculated, restricted key figures and exception aggregation.
4. Creation of Calculation views using graphical models,.
5. Creation of stored procedure and table functions.
6. Usage of SDA for data integration.
7. Participate in requirement gathering session and converting them to Design solution.
8. Convert requirement to functional and technical spec.
Req 2:
Role: SAP HANA XSA Architect
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration:6 Months
1. Strong in XSA DW Modeling and Performance tuning, with
complex scenarios/designs.
2. Able to Design out a Star Model – Common issues that would cause a star model not to work, and how to address those.
3. For those that already work in SP3/SP4/SP5 XSA Models: What are the known issues with XSA models, and what are the work arounds.
4. Able to read existing models and reverse Engineer and understanding the technical properties and behavior of the model based on the technical understanding (beyond the functional knowledge).
5. Knowing SDI & Flowgraphs would be a good to have as we are looking more into this area.

Additional Job Description Requirements:-
• Deploys the entire governance including process, procedures, and development of the Change Request Manager and Development Tracker (CDT) tool in the Client Program. Collaborates with all Client Program teams to prioritize and implement enhanced or new capabilities to support Program initiatives
• Ensures sufficient and timely training and support for Client tools releases and changes
• Provides guidance on best practices and works to ensure the team are using the Azure DevOps tools instead of others (Examples Jenkins, GitHub, Jira)
• Drives best practice use of Azure DevOps and ALM tools
• Leverage extensive Scaled Agile Framework knowledge to facilitate proper Azure DevOps project setup, including team and plan setup

Role: Sr SAP IBP Consultant
Location: West Chester, PA
Duration: 6+ Months
• SAP IBP S&OP, Response & Supply, Data integration using CPI-DS and SDI (for Order based planning)
• At least 2 full life cycle implementation in SAP IBP S&OP and Supply, Implementation or PoC of Order-based Planning is required
• Very good understanding of SAP IBP configurations including sample Planning Areas for time-series and order-series data model.
• Solid hands-on developing Excel Add-In Planning Views, usage of Web UI Apps for application configuration, analytics and required master data
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning process - Sales & Operations Planning covering statistical forecasting, demand management, supply & inventory planning
• Combination of domain/functional knowledge in supply chain / logistics and any previous industry experience in addition to SAP will be a big plus
• Working knowledge of CPI-DS for data integration and functional design of SAP ERP and non-SAP ERP to IBP integration
• Should be able to independently translate customer business requirements into scalable design and workable solution.
