Position: Scrum Master

Location: Chicago, IL

Contract

Job Summary:

• Coach and help teams understand scrum processes.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly.
• Enable Process adherence within the teams.
• Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning updating prioritizing and refining backlogs.
• Support design development and delivery of a practical hands-on coaching and mentoring environment in helping HCSC and development teams to become more ‘Agile’.
• Excellent organizational skills communication skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue.

This project is remote currently but will be going in office soon.

• Project Duration: 6+ months
• Will work on 10-15 person team with huge name in healthcare, great resume builder.

Required Key Skills:

• CSM Certification.
• Agile Certificaftions.
• 10+ years of experience, Sr. Agilist.
• Will be a 2 step interview process.
