Role: Snowflake Tester

Location: Irving, TX

Fulltime

 

Note: Look for Bigdata Tester or ETL Tester or Abinito Tester. They will train on Snowflake Testing.

 

JD Details:

• Good working experience in ETL Testing with knowledge of Bigdata and Snowflake  
• Experienced in -Snowflake, python, SQL query, Unix and Datawarehouse/ETL concepts and  Knowledge on Cloud Platform->Snowflake
• Understanding/Testing of  loading data into Snowflake Table as a part of Teradata/Abintio to Snowflake migration concepts
• Banking Domain Experience is required -Good in Regression/SIT and Data base testing
• Strong Exposure to Testing end to End process, experience in QC/ALM an Jira.
• Writing SQL queries for testing - Good in Unix and SQL .
• Has to lead medium size team and closely work with customer, onshore and offshore teams.  
• Domain knowledge on Banking and Financial Services experiences preferred
• Data validation end to end from original source files to DMART tables.
• Conduct test cases/ test results based on function requirement document(FRD) for user changed request (CRs) and/or source request testing (SRTs) .
• Conduct consumers regression testing by using subscriptions (reports) to identify the mismatched result before PRE and POST deployment.
• Contributes to the development of new techniques and processes and for the aligned business.
• Creation of Test Plan/ completion documents, project timelines, and execution of multiple projects.
• Provide leadership through all phases of project life cycle including scope definition and gathering business requirements.
