Job Title: Performance Analyst
Location: Brentwood, TN/REMOTE
Duration: 6 months contract
Duties:
• Work with QA Leads to Define and
Establish Performance Testing Plan
• Design Load Runner scripts
involving Recording, Correlation, Parameterization, selenium scripting
• Scenario execution with the
ability to explain the results to different product owners
Skills:
• Experience in establishing KPI
and baseline metrics.
• Experience in Load Testing
• Experience in Stress Testing
• Understanding DB Node fail over.
• Understanding Breakpoint testing.
• Understanding Endurance Testing
• Experience in breaking tasks
down, estimating timelines, and delivering quality results on time.
• Ability to analyze root cause of
a problem precisely and effectively quickly
• Enthusiastically collaborates
with team to ensure DaVita Mission and Core Values are fulfilled.
• Work with Leads, Developers,
Business Analysts and Product owners to understand product requirements and
design appropriate performance test plans to verify Performance of the
applications.
• Create/Review of performance
execution approach documents
• Communicate performance test
results to all stakeholders and provide recommendations to improve the
performance of the application
• Work with Performance Lead to
recognize areas for improvement in internal processes and provide solutions
• Develop/design/Execute
performance test scripts/scenarios on regular basis to validate new
features.
• Troubleshoot production
performance-related issues and advise development teams on necessary
actions to be taken
• Asses the need of performance
testing for given application by participate in discussions with business
analysts and product owners.
• Handling multiple projects at
once in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment Providing flexibility
with changing priorities and workload
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business or
computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the
Performance Testing and Performance Monitoring
• 2+ years of stress testing
• Experience using Load
Runner, JMeter and open source
performance tools.
