Job Title: Pega Developer
Location: Oakland, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Integration Applications using Pega PRPC. Provide Technical Leadership.
Design and Develop applications using J2EE technologies, SQL and PL/SQL.
Develop subject matter expertise in back office processes
Ensure a systems development methodology is followed and key components such as design, testing, code reviews and technical documentation are completed for each project and make recommendations on any process improvements
Participate on projects by developing the technical design, leading the programming effort, assisting with testing, developing design documentation, conduct technical training, managing technical implementation tasks, and code as necessary
Work with project management group in assigning resources to software development projects
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills Qualifications
Experience with a broad range of technologies, strategies, products and their application to business services • Experience with Pega PRPC
Solid knowledge and experience with SOA Frameworks, Web Services Implementation
Solid Experience in J2EE, MVC framework, HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML
7+ years overall software development experience
Experience in Object Oriented Programming and design patterns
Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Database Design
Any exposure to Packages like Oracle CRM, Financials desirable
