Job Title: Manual QA Engineer
Location: Denver, CO/REMOTE
Duration: 6+ months contract
The
Quality Assurance Analyst – Manual QA Engineer role should be able to
develop and establish quality assurance standards within the organization.
This individual will also gather and analyze data in support of business
cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This will include
adhering project to testing lifecycle, for tracking defects and for fixes
in software application development, information systems, and operations
systems. The primary role of this QA would be to test UI, MT and DB lane of
a well-established application along with testing the same on iPad device.
Hands on experience in testing mobile application across iOS and Android is
a plus. Should be skilled to understand working across environments and collaborate
with DEVs. Hands on experience in using tools like Jira, Test Rail, HP-ALM,
Saucelabs on a daily basis. This QA role will need to work very closely
with Dev, QA and DevOps team. Should be able to create test plan as well as
document them further into test cases in test rail tool. This QA should be
well versed with testing MT APIs using Postman or Swagger tools. Database
testing experience for backend is must. Experience in QA Automation is a
must (even basic/few years of experience in tools like Katalon or
Selenium/Appium). Should have UAT testing experience or experience working
with the UAT POs or UAT team.
