Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Description: The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for ownership of the day to day reporting deliverables supporting all of Walmart eCommerce, including Jet.com. They should have a strong understanding of how to build reports, working with multiple systems and stakeholders, with strong attention to detail. They will be working alongside a talented team in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Challenges you’ll be tackling
Delivering meaningful and impactful reporting that enable insights and solutions to senior leadership
Creating dashboard reports and finalizing the presentation of data for the business
Identifying data inconsistencies and flagging for process improvement
Leveraging world-class technology for analysis, reporting, and data visualization
Responsibilities
Work within multiple systems to gather data to complete weekly reporting deliverables for staffing
Partnering with Talent and HR Resources teams to deliver in-depth reports and analysis
Build relationships with stakeholders in each organization to identify opportunities to create better reporting around staffing activity
Build and innovate reporting and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
Work with the Data Engineering to aggregate data from multiple sources

Qualifications
10+ Years of total IT exp.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in reporting and data gathering
Proficient in Excel
Bachelors Degree
Bonus points for Experience with
MBA or Masters Degree in Business Analytics, HR Management
Proficient with Tableau or other Data Visual Tools

Job Title: JIRA / Confluence Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field
Minimum of 3+ years experience working with JIRA/Confluence AWS environment.
Have working experience on JIRA Data Center in AWS
Experience in administering SAAS applications and integrating those using Web Services
Coding experience in one or more programming languages: Shell, PowerShell, Java, PHP, Python, Perl.
Linux Knowledge Required
Working knowledge of Networking, DNS, Databases (Oracle/MySQL/Postgres), Exchange and Active Directory, APIs. Familiarity with AWS preferred
Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
POSITION: 3
Job Title: Dell Boomi Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Responsibilities:
Hands-on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and Enterprise web services APIs)
Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing EAI Integrations, SOA Architecture, and Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
Build Service Oriented and discoverable Web services and APIs
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements
Contribute to evolving Nutanix's EAI and SOA vision by implementing methodologies, and procedures conforming to standard patterns and practices
Provide development team with EAI technical subject matter expertise and work with the team (Architects, other Tech Leads and Systems Analysts) to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives
Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by the vendors
Mentor and Motivate team members to provide outstanding support and continuously improves the processes for the full SDLC
Monitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals.
Proactively addresses potential and/or current integration challenges to meet or exceed established timelines and delivers service within budget constraints and seeks ways to reduce application-related costs
Drive the organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics
Interface with both internal/external technical experts to drive system solutions
Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Nutanix's products, parts, and services.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years’ experience in Dell Boomi Development
Understanding of EDI Documents and X12 EDI Standards
Understanding of the Quote to cash process
Understand different integration patterns
Integration approach for NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday would be plus
Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of object-oriented programming
Familiar with Netsuite/Salesforce Data Models.
Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills
Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using Javascript and/or Java
Record of strong advancement and achievement
Architect technical solutions to business problems and work closely with the business
