Description:
This opening is for an
experienced analyst role within the Analytics Enablement Product Team to
partner closely with Product and Engineering roles empower product teams to
own and maximize the value of their analytics data by providing easy access
to documentation, tools and training that enable collection, curation and
use of analytics data at scale. This team is responsible for connecting
teams across the enterprise to the tools and data products that will enable
data-fueled decision-making.
Qualifications
& Desired Skills
• Bachelor's
Degree in business administration, statistics, marketing, information
science, or equivalent work experience
• 4+
years of analytics experience or equivalent domain experience, preferably
in technology with a focus on digital and analytical products and data
management
• 4+
years’ experience using leading industry analytics tools, such as Adobe
Analytics or Google Analytics
• 2+
years’ experience working with PowerBI
• 2+
years’ SQL experience
• Excellent
oral/written communication skills
• Excellent
attention to detail, a focus on quality, and the ability to follow through
on projects to completion
• Proficient
understanding of data dimensioning and metrics and the proper use of
tracking variables
• Proficient
knowledge of JavaScript and JSON
• Advanced
debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools such as browser network
tabs, Chrome Debugging tools, Firebug, or Charles Proxy
• Strong
experience with technical products with the ability to understand technical
architecture and engineering concepts
• Experience
with event streams and developing analytics enablement capabilities
• Experience
coaching or training others to leverage data to drive product optimizations
• Change
agent who can bring others along and influence teams to leverage data in
decision-making
• Skilled
at understanding needs and bridging communication between data producers,
data consumers and data enablement teams
• Ability
to stay current on government privacy, compliance and technology platform
need
