UX Designer

East Hanover, NJ

Long term Contract

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• We are looking out for an analytic and creative UX architect
• You must analyze and interpret consumer behavior related to an interactive digital experience the role spans analyzing consumer usability
• Developing information architecture creating an interaction design building design interfaces
• You will responsible for testing the architecture of a digital Application taking it from concept to launch conceptualizing designing and beta testing website interactions Which are key to this job description
• You will be also involved in conceiving and conducting user research interviews and surveys and translating them into sitemaps wireframes and prototypes
• You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure we deliver great user experience
• Responsibility to translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that should lead to Designing intuitive Product as an Experience
• Formulate strategic design related to core and new functions/ features
• Exhibit a user centered design approach & rapidly test, iterate designs collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Take smart risks and champion new ideas
• Must be able to conduct design workshops, Synthesis Details collected, Identify Painpoints, Potential areas & Solve right problem
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
• Expertise in UX software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, Invision, Abstract & Any other handoff/Design Tools.

 

Skills Preferred:

 

• 10+ years of experience in UX Design with some experience of Leadership
• Creative flair, excellent attention to detail, a good eye for design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Innovative ideas and can-do attitude
• Excellent skills in a professional design tool e.g. Sketch, Invision, Figma, AdobeXD
• Ability to portray ideas and concepts, quickly and clearly, via paper-based sketching.
• Please include a Portfolio that includes your process of design thinking, research, concepts and final design
