Double All-Day updates!

Hi all,

As you probably heard, Jamie is sick and won't be able to chair on Saturday. What a bummer....I hate illness!! I will step into his role as best I can. If you have a job on Saturday and need help with anything, please let me know!

Also, as Kate said, we will be setting up before the singing school on Friday! At 5:00pm at the Laurelhurst Club. Any and all helpers welcome. I think it will go quickly. 

Thom and I will open the doors for the singing school at 7:00pm and Hayden will get started at 7:30pm. If a few people want to come early and set up chairs, that would be cool. 

Also, we are very short on Covid tests! If anyone can procure more Covid tests for this weekend, it would be greatly appreciated! Let me know if you can and we can get you reimbursed.

**Most importantly, please provide your own Covid tests so we can save the few we have for drop-by people.**

I'm excited to sing with y'all! Thanks for your help with all the puzzle pieces that make a good singing happen!

Update: the Laurelhurst changed the time that we can access the space...set up is now at 2:00pm on Friday afternoon!!!!

Thanks for the updates. I'm sorry I can't be there for event setup Friday, but I'll be there Saturday morning to set up the registration table.
