Hi All,
I am performing AMOVA test with my data set, 96 isolates were divided into 4 populations.
The AMOVA output showed that the total degree of freedom is 191 which is not 96-1=95. I was wondering why would this happen? And I got negative value for the variations between samples within year, anyone can help interpret the negative value? Thanks for any input!

Thanks,
Jing
