Hi Woonghee,

I hope you are well.

I have been following the tutorial video for using the PONDEROSA client. While submitting through the Ponderosa web server, I keep getting the error - "Wrong account. If you are not a NMRFAM collaborator, use guest account", in my mail for the run.
I am using my email.id that I have been using with our NMRFAM collaboration.

Also, If I want to directly submit the job via the PONDEROSA client then what should be the URL?

Thank you.
Best,
Margaret

Dear Margaret,

You should keep the URL “ponderosa_web_server”. Also, you should use “guest” and “guest” for the user name and passphrase. Please let me know if that doesn’t work.

Best,

Woonghee

Dear Margaret,

If you click “Show in Space” button, it automatically sets. If not, the file is in “BestEvaluated” folder.

Best,

Hi Woonghee,

When using the PONDEROSA Analyzer, where do we find the "Connection file (sparky.cnt)"? It did not automatically set it so Im not sure what happened.

Thanks,

Margaret
