Building polymer into a JS bundle

I am working on a web project where html file as a dependency is not allowed by the framework.

So, is there any way to build a polymer component into a js bundle ?

Polymer 3.0, currently in preview, will likely eliminate the html dependency. In the interim, you might look at this solution
