Polymer not working in JellyBean and prior versions

Polymer demos are not working in android stock browser and polymer is not working in cordova apps in JellyBean and prior versions. It is throwing "Window is not defined error in platform.js file at line number 15".

The legacy android stock browser is not supported by the platform layer. If you want to deploy your Polymer app via Cordova on Android < 4.4, you should check out Crosswalk: https://crosswalk-project.org/#documentation/cordova
