Any interest in 'adopting' these components?

Allow me to quote from something I wrote on Github:

At a recent gdg Polymer hackathon (and a couple of evenings since then) we build a real material design date picker ('docs'). It still needs some more polish (see TODO), however, we were wondering, would there be any interest in including this in Polymer officially? And if so, who should we address, as unlike with other projects, doing a simple pull request isn't possible for an entire repo and doesn't seem correct either way.

and then there is also this material design inspired color picker ('docs') I made myself for another project. As I suppose an official date picker implementation was planned at some point either way we wanted to check first whether you guys would like to incorporate this within the official Polymer paper-elements before publishing it in our own little corner of the internet :) ?
