Porting elements to Polymer 0.8

What are the best way to communicate that I made some ports of components for Polymer to Polymer dev team.

Not sure that they right now 100% functional, but I try to test them against provided tests and demo pages.

I have application that depends on the Polymer 0.5 and willing to migrate on 0.8 to have performance improvements.

Want to share my work with others.
