use polymer element in another app

hi
i try to use element that create in my polymer app in another html page.
this .html page is a single page and exist out of polymer project.
but dont shown this element .
i import element and polymer.html in .html page but element dont work.
each polymer element is component, right?
but why we dont use polymer element in another apps and html pages?

Did you also load the webcomponentsjs polyfill?

There is no reason that you cannot use polymer-based elements in any web
page. There is nothing special about a "polymer app".
