Vulcanize ENOENT Error

Hi,

When I run vulcanize of my project I got the following error

ERROR finding /bower_components/webcomponentsjs/webcomponents.min.js

{ [Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/bower_components/webcomponentsjs/webcomponents.min.js']

errno: -2,

code: 'ENOENT',

syscall: 'open',

path: '/bower_components/webcomponentsjs/webcomponents.min.js' }~

Why vulcanize is looking for the files in / ?

Im using vulcanize: 1.14.8 with polymer 1.x
